avoidance of doubt, Lootdate.com and Lootdate's mobile and web-based applications shall hereinafter be
collectively termed as “Lootdate”, however, the use of the term “Lootdate” in the provision hereafter
shall refer to both Website and Lootdate's mobile and web-based applications as well as either the
Website or the mobile and web-based applications, i.e. such aforesaid provisions shall apply to
all parts/components of Lootdate. If we make any material changes to our privacy practices, we will
post a revised Privacy Policy on this page, and you agree that it is your responsibility to
regularly check our Website for all updates to this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy should
be read in conjunction with, and is deemed incorporated by reference, to be part of the Terms of

Eligibility
You have reached a legal agreement with us immediately after joining
this app or website, and we will process your information provided to offer service under
the terms of this agreement. Only users who are 18 years of age or older are eligible to
become a member of this platform. In case of a member under 18, please report the profile
using the report profile functionality.

We use cookie files saved on your device for record keeping purposes. We
can also use cookies to deliver content specific to your interests, to save your password,
and if you choose, to save other Personal Information, so you do not have to re-enter it
each time you visit the Website and app. If you set your browser to disable cookies, you may
not be able to access certain areas on our Website, Service and App.

Third-Party Registration and Login
If you choose to register using an external login (i.e. your Facebook,
Apple or Google account), your data will be collected from the relevant platform in an
effort to reduce formalism. This saves you from having to remember yet another user name and
password in order to log in to Lootdate and allows you to share some information from your
social media account with us. To learn how to request the deletion of your data, please
refer to our Data Deletion Requests section, which explains how to revoke permissions and
submit a data deletion request.

We automatically collect certain information from you when you use the Lootdate, including
internet or other network activity information such as your IP address,
geolocation-related data, unique device identifiers, and Cookies. This information may
include :
- Your device's unique ID number
- Your device's geographic location while the Lootdate App is actively running
- Your device's IP address
- Your device's information (such as type of device, web browser or operating system)
- Your preferences and settings (time zone, language, privacy preferences)
- The buttons, controls, URL or ads you clicked on (if any)
- How long you used Lootdate and which services and features you used
- The status of the App (online or offline)
We allow third party analytics companies to use tracking technologies to collect
anonymized information about our users' devices and their online activities. These
companies analyze this information to help us understand how Lootdate is being used.
Analytics companies may use mobile device IDs, as mentioned above (“Mobile device IDs”)
in order to recognize you, store your preferences, and track your use of our
application; we may store your Mobile device IDs (the unique identifier assigned to a
device by the manufacturer) when you use the App.

You choose to give us certain information when using our services. This includes :
- Registration information, such as name, age, password, language, and email or phone number
- Profile information, such as nickname, social media account information, biography and profile pictures
- User-generated content, including abstract interview, comments, pictures, and virtual item you choose to upload on Lootdate
- Payment information (such as credit or debit card number, or bank account information) or other third-party payment information where required for the purpose of payment
- Your opt-in choices and communication preferences
- Information to verify an account
- Information in correspondence you send to us
- Information you share through surveys or your participation in challenges, sweepstakes, or contests

Information We Collect About You
We collect and process personal data on you when you use Lootdate or when
you communicate with Lootdate. It may be information you share with us directly, or data we
collect automatically. You choose to give us certain information when using our services.
This includes messages that we collect and process, which includes scanning and analyzing,
information you provide in the context of composing, sending, or receiving message through
the Platform’s messaging functionality. That information includes the content of the message
and information about when the message has been sent, received and/or read, as well as the
participants of the communication. Please be aware that messages sent to other users of the
Platform will be accessible by those users and that we are not responsible for the manner in
which those users use or disclose messages. In order to operate the Website and to provide
you with information about products or services that may be of interest to you, we may
collect “personal information” (i.e. information that could be used to contact you directly
without using the Website) such as full name, postal address, phone number or email
address), “financial information” (i.e. credit card numbers or passwords) or “demographic
information” (i.e. information that you submit, or that we collect, that is neither personal
information nor financial information; this may include, but is not limited to, zip code,
postal code, hometown, gender, username, age/birth date, purchase history information,
browsing history information, searching history information, registration history
information, and the content of communications between you and other Members over the
Website, subject to the rest of this paragraph. Demographic information is divided into two
categories : “non-public information”, which consists of purchase history information
and communications between you and other users of the Website; and “public information”,
which consists of all other demographic information. We ask that you do not enter personal
information or financial information into your “Profile” (for example, don't use your
address or password as your username, or include your name or address in your written
responses), because if you do then it may be posted publicly on the Website, and the
information will then be treated as “demographic information” that is “public information”.
Please note that nowhere on the Website do we knowingly collect personal information from
children and/or persons under the age of eighteen, as we require that all users are at least
eighteen years old (or the age of majority in the country in which they reside if that
happens to be greater than eighteen years old).

Geolocation Information
If you turn these features on, we may collect your device's geolocation
data and save your device's coordinates to offer certain features to you. We may also use
your device's geolocation information to personalize Lootdate and make it easier for you to
interact with other Users. You can control your location information settings on your Device
or Browser's settings and switch them off if you really want to. Even if you have disabled
location services, we may still determine your city, state, and country location based on
your IP address (but not your exact location).

The main reason we use your information is to deliver and improve our services.
Additionally, we use your info to help keep you safe and to provide you with advertising
that may be of interest to you. We generally use the information we collect :
- To administer your account and provide our services to you
- To fulfill requests for products and services
- To customize the content you see when you use the Platform
- To provide you with services based on the country settings you have chosen
- To show you content that is similar to content that you like or interacted with
- To improve and develop our Platform and conduct product development
- To help you connect with other users
- To support the social functions of the Platform
- To allow you and other users to connect with each other through the Platform
- To allow you and other users to share, download, and interact with the content posted through the Platform

How We Communicate with You
We use your email address and your other personal information to help us
efficiently operate the Service, to contact you in connection with your transactions and
other activities on Lootdate (including, but not limited to, confirmation emails or important
news that could affect your relationship with the Website and related Service), and to
forward messages to you from other Member users. These types of communications are known as
“Operational Communications”. In some cases, Operational Communications may also contain
commercial messages, such as banners, ads, and special offers. We also may use personal
information to send you newsletters, information, offers, and other promotional materials
for our Website or third parties' goods or services. We attempt to send you offers that are
of value to you, such as discounts, exclusive offers, or special event information. Lootdate
provides you with options to decline to receive communications from the Company (other than
those contained in Operational Communications). Some of these options may only be for a
certain category of communications; others may be more general. By creating and posting a
profile on Lootdate, you are opting in to receive e-mails of potential users to connect with,
as well as news and updates. To stop receiving such e-mails, go to the “Accounts Settings”
page and deselect the communications that you do not wish to receive. To operate the
Website, including processing your transactions and supporting your activities on Lootdate, we
may share your personal information with our agents, representatives, contractors, and
service providers so they can provide us with support services such as authorization of
credit card transactions, email origination, receipt or support services, customer
relationship management services, order fulfillment, and sweepstakes and promotional
fulfillment. We require these entities not to use your information for any other purpose.

How We Share Your Information
Since our goal is to help you make meaningful connections, the main
sharing of users’ information is, of course, with other people, as per your privacy
settings. We also share some users’ information with Third Parties Service Providers and
Partners who assist us in operating the services, other Lootdate' Companies and, in some cases,
Legal Authorities. In some cases, we may enter into a promotional relationship with another
company in which we prominently display their brand name or trademarks on pages of the
Website. These pages are known as “Co-Branded Pages” and these companies are known as
“Third-party Companies” If the page on which you submit information is a Co-Branded Page, or
was accessed by clicking on a link on a co-branded page, then we may share your personal
information with the associated third-party. Such entities may use your personal information
in accordance with their own privacy policies. You will need to contact third party to
instruct them directly regarding your preferences for the use of your personal information
by them. Additionally, you agree that we may use and disclose all such information so
submitted to such third-party in the same manner in which we are entitled to use and
disclose any other information you submit to us. Any third-party with whom we are allowed to
share your personal information is authorized to use your personal information in accordance
with our contractual arrangements with such third parties and in accordance with their own
Privacy Policies, over which we have no control, and you agree that we are not responsible
or liable for any of their actions or omissions. Those who contact you will need to be
instructed directly by you regarding your preferences for the use of your personal
information by them. Please read the information below under the heading “Special Cases in
which we share Personal and Financial Information” to learn more ways in which we may share

How We Use Financial Information
We use your financial information to check your qualifications, to bill
you for products and services and to enable you to participate in discount, rebate and
similar programs in which you may elect to participate. By making a purchase, or engaging in
any other kind of activity or transaction that uses financial information, on the Website,
you consent to providing your financial information to our service providers and to such
third-parties as we determine are necessary to support and process your activities and
transactions, as well as to your credit card issuer for their purposes. These third-parties
may include the credit card companies and banking institutions used to process and support
the transaction or activity. By purchasing, or registering or making reservations for,
products or services of third-parties offered on the Website, or by participating in
programs offered on the Website that are administered by third-parties and that require you
to submit financial information in order to use them, you also consent to our providing your
financial information to those third-parties. Additionally, if the page on which you submit
information is a Co-Branded Page, or was accessed by clicking on a link on a Co-Branded
Page, then we may share your financial information with the associated Third-party Company.
Any of these various third-parties may be authorized to use your financial information in
accordance with our contractual arrangements with such third-parties and in accordance with
their own privacy policies, over which we have no control, and you agree that we are not
responsible or liable for any of their actions or omissions. Additionally, you agree that we
may use and disclose all such information so submitted to such third-parties in the same
manner in which we are entitled to use and disclose any other information that you submit to
us. Please read the information below under the heading “Special Cases in which we Share
Personal and Financial Information” to learn more ways in which we may share your financial
information.

Special Cases in which Personal and Financial Information might
be Shared
Your personal information or financial information may be passed on to a
third-party in the event of a transfer of ownership or assets, or a bankruptcy. We may also
disclose personal information or financial information when we determine that such
disclosure is necessary to comply with applicable law, to cooperate with law enforcement or
to protect the interests or safety of our Service or other visitors to the Website. We also
may disclose your personal information or financial information to our subsidiary and parent
companies and businesses, and other affiliated legal entities and businesses with whom we
are under common corporate control. Whenever personal information or financial information
is disclosed under this paragraph, we may also disclose your demographic information along
with it, on a non-anonymous basis. All of our parent, subsidiary and affiliated legal
entities and businesses that receive your personal information, financial information, or
non-anonymous demographic information from us will comply with the terms of this privacy

yourself and others and communicate with others. Such postings are governed by our Terms of
Use. Also, whenever you voluntarily disclose personal information on publicly-viewable

For example, if you post your email address, you may receive unsolicited messages. We cannot
control who reads your posting or what other users may do with the information you
voluntarily post, so we encourage you to exercise discretion and caution with respect to
your personal information.

Minor's Privacy
You can only become a member of the Website and use the Service if your
aged eighteen or over or the age of majority in the country in which you reside if that
happens to be greater than eighteen. We do not allow persons under eighteen years old to
register for the Website and any Service (including the App), and we do not knowingly
collect any personally identifiable information from persons under the age of eighteen years
old. That means the Company does not knowingly collect any information about children,
minors or anyone under the age of majority. Nor do we knowingly market to children, minors
or anyone under the age of eighteen. If you are less than eighteen years old, we request
that you do not submit information to us. If we become aware that a child, minor or anyone
under the age of eighteen has registered with us and provided us with personal information,
we will take steps to terminate that person’s registration and delete their Profile
information and User Account. If we do delete your Profile because you violated our no
children/minor rules, we may retain the concomitant email and IP address to ensure that you
do not try to get around our rules by creating a new Profile.

Based on the information that we have provided herein this Privacy
Policy, you agree that by using Lootdate, you hereby grant your specific informed consent to
our collection, use, retention, disclosure and transfer of your Personal Data as set out in
Sections above.
You may at any time withdraw your consent to our use, retention, disclosure or transfer of your Personal Data pursuant to this Privacy Policy by emailing our Data Protection Officer at the contact details provided below in Section 21. However, please note that any such withdrawal of consent may result in us being unable to continue providing our services or fulfilling our contractual obligations with you, including but not limited to termination of your access to Lootdate (and therefore termination of any credits in your account), termination of any loyalty program benefits that would otherwise have been available to you, inability to provide you with the opportunity to participate in promotions, and inability to fulfil any purchase orders that you may have submitted to or through Lootdate. Accordingly, your withdrawal of consent may also lead to the termination of any contract(s) that you may have with Lootdate LLC., as well as termination of any purchase or subscription orders to third-parties submitted through Lootdate, for which Lootdate LLC. expressly reserves its rights and remedies thereto.
Our Data Protection Officer will further advise you on the legal consequences that may ensue should you contact him to withdraw your consent. For more information contact our Data Protection Officer at the contact details provided below in Section 21.

Access and Correction of Personal Data
If you wish to make an access request for access to a copy of the
personal data which we hold about you or information about the ways in which we use or
disclose your personal data, or a correction request to correct or update any of your
personal data which we hold about you, you may submit your request in writing or via email
to our Data Protection Officer at the contact details provided below in Section 21.
Please note that a reasonable fee may be charged for an access request. If so, we will inform you of the fee before processing your request.
We will respond to your request as soon as reasonably possible. In general, our response will be within ten (10) business days. Should we not be able to respond to your request within thirty (30) days after receiving your request, we will inform you in writing within thirty (30) days of the time by which we will be able to respond to your request. If we are unable to provide you with any personal data or to make a correction requested by you, we shall generally inform you of the reasons why we are unable to do so (except where we are not required to do so under the PDPA). You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data. If you
registered using a third-party login provider (e.g., Facebook, Google, or similar
providers), you can revoke permissions directly through your account settings with that
provider. This action will trigger a data deletion request, and your request will be
processed accordingly. If you prefer to contact us directly or did not register using a
third-party login, you can send an email to our Data Protection Officer at dpo@lootdate.com,
specifying the email address or phone number associated with your account.
Once permissions are revoked or a request is received, your data will be deleted immediately, except for information required to comply with legal obligations or protect legitimate interests, such as fraud prevention or dispute resolution. Please note that deleting your data will result in the loss of access to your account, including any remaining credits, preferences, activity history, and subscriptions. The process is irreversible, and no refunds or transfers for unused credits will be provided.
Once permissions are revoked or a request is received, your data will be deleted immediately, except for information required to comply with legal obligations or protect legitimate interests, such as fraud prevention or dispute resolution. Please note that deleting your data will result in the loss of access to your account, including any remaining credits, preferences, activity history, and subscriptions. use, disclosure, copying, modification, disposal or similar risks, we have introduced
appropriate administrative, physical and technical measures such as up-to-date antivirus
protection, encryption, use of privacy filters, and disclosing personal data both internally
and to our authorized third-party service providers and agents only on a need-to-know
basis.
You should be aware, however, that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure.
